I'm actually a vocalist who plays guitar rather than a guitarist who sings so I'm no expert on guitar theory (self taught).

Play pretty good lead on songs I like though ...

Dire Straits: Sultans, Private Investigations, Tunnel Of Love.
Eagles: Hotel California, Take it Easy.
And some folky stuff by Simon & Garfunkel etc.

I'm normally pretty good at working out chords to songs but a Simon and Garfunkel one has me stumped. What is the chord sequence to 'So long Frank Lloyd Wright'. Don't know why I can't get it. It changes key somewhere.

That's the Googled version but it doesn't hang together right. Most of the Googled chords are wrong - surely you know that?

I did say I don't know the song, it isn't one I play ... Just trying to help ... Won't bother again.

And not true about most Googled chords being wrong ... The vast majority I've picked up over the years have been good enough to get a feel for what the progressions are, particularly if there is an odd one I couldn't seem to find myself.

As i said before.... the only way to deal with this sort of irritant is to completely ignore it... refer to the thing Joe 90 in the past tense... don't feed the monster.

Jefoss i was born and bred in Leicester, only moved up here (not derby) a few years ago..
