Should regular electricians get priority service at their local trade counter over people who just come in the once.I was over half an hour today waiting to be served while someone was deliberating over which parts he needed?
Should someone who just wants one thing have to wait behind the electrician who likes to chat to the counter guy about the football, his holiday, the wife, the cat, the big earning jobs he has, his piles, what he had for dinner etc etc?
For your recent predicament, blame the shop for not having anyone else on to serve
The owner probably makes 20% profit from you & 50% from joe public.
But yes he should look after you for repeat business.
If this is a regular thing then let the owner know & tell him there are alternatives. If it was a 1 off, whats the problem
ricicle would you move over and happily allow some of our 300 van drivers to be allowed to fill up at at the diesel pump before you as my company spends £1 million pounds a year on fuel and therefore a better customer to the garage??
