It must have changed since and they haven't advised us. There is a good test just above. I edited my post, but in the meantime you had posted. But my post doesn't show as edited because it was less than five minutes. Funnily enough, my edit was to demonstrate the opposite situation

Yes but it doesn’t count for the MODs themselves they can abuse it any time they like.

I don't fully understand the timings @Nwgs2 has given. JohnD posted at 3.47, Nwgs corrected him at 3.48, and then JohnD (at some point) edited his post. But how was it ascertained that he did it 15 minutes later?
