Why is my CH so rubbish? (Potterton Puma 100e Combi Boiler)

Just remembered to update this.

I didn't pay for the flushing service, I explained in a very clear letter when they sent the invoice that their 'advice' to get a flushing done and then when that did not work that it was down to 'bad pipes' was just unprofessional.

A week or so later I recieived an adjusted invoice for just the original service for £50. I paid that.

OK, thanks for the replies, I really wish we had a friendly plumber nearby but we don't so we'll have to do what most people do, pay someone to b*****r about until its fixed.
