Will i get condensation issues.

If helps with any OCD, you could slide a tile up to find a felt lap and then carefully put your hand in the lap to separate the felt (it will have stuck together) and then wedge a bit of 25mm polystyrene/timber/plastic in to open the lap to increase venting into the void. There may only be one lap 1m or so up the roof, so do this in two places at 1/3 the width of the roof.

No worries.

Is there less chance of damp issues if the room itself doesent get too moist? Or is that irrelevant as its warm vs cold air.

I have 2 windows in this room with 3 trickle vents, and the room is 5 metres long and the roof section is approximately 2 metres of that. So i guess the moisture would be 'spread out'.

Only using it as a lounge nothing with steam etc.
