No, that isn't a good idea !
For those that don't know, there should be no water in a refrigerant system. Apart of corrosion issues, it freezes in the evaporator or expansion valve or expansion capillary and blocks the system up. Many systems have a filter/dryer unit to absorb any moisture that does get left in.
