1=
2=
3= boiler brown
4= pump brown

Remember to flick gravity switch

tried this and it doesnt fire the boiler at all,

theres only 1 boiler brown?

4 should be:

4= pump brown

then make sure you set the new programmer up for a gravity system

where did it connect to on the old programmer? and what model of boiler is it?
also is the programmer a select 107 or 207 (or other)
