Try contacting the installer and telling them the problem before you call Worcester, if it is an installation error or a wiring error the installer may like the oportunity to check the system before you call Worcester.

But surely if it was an installer error then the problem would be apparent right from the beginning rather than showing itself 9 months down the line?
