Worcester Bosch pressure dropping

I need to charge up my 24cDi after every time I put on the central heating. Boiler pressure remains fine when hot water has been run in the house but if central heating is used then the pressure dies right down after it is switched off.

There is also a pipe to the outside of my house which appears to drip when the central heating is on.

Please help!
