A little while ago I posed some pictures of the start of my workshop.
Its now almost finished, so I thought it time for an update:
As all the brickwork was finished, I painted the inside and the floor, and had my lathe dropped into place:
So next up, it was time to get the roof done, I had the chippy from my extension knock the roof up one weekend, then I tiled it myself.
Still got to cut the edge tiles, and do the verge and mortar the ridge tiles in place, but i'll do that shortly.
The reason there is a hole in the one gable end is a copy of someones workshop on here, to allow me to store long bits in the roof space, a door is being made up for it but I havent sourced any hinges yet.
I've also started to wire it up, and fill it up.
Got my bargain £15 installed now too.
Metal clad sockets, and nice 20mm conduit.
Also wiring a few E-stops which will cut the power off to all sockets and the lathe, bandsaw, compressor etc....
Still lots to do though
