I dont think in the matter of homosexuality there is equivalence between Anglican and Muslim religions.
There probably is in the fundamentals of the religions.

We just don't like the people who follow their religions devoutly.


Of course, we could try and educate people that their beliefs are nonsense.

We are told we must respect people's silly superstitions; no matter how ridiculous they are.


Perhaps there could be programmes on TV starting with simple things and progressing to the more serious.

There are indeed many things that you may not do in the UK unless you profess allegiance to an imaginary 'christian' friend!
 
The problem is that when people stop believing in something they start believing in anything ,
Hence the rise in the belief in man or to be more politically correct person made global warming.

In my partner's country there is a compulsory tax that goes to any recognised religion pro rata...

Tommy needs to focus his energies on politics. This wouldn't have happened if more people had voted for him and he'd become an MEP.
