The collapse of the Assad regime so quickly after years of dominance should be a wake up call to Israel.
What it shows is that these despotic regimes can reign supreme for decades but when their sponsors pull the plug, they collapse like a house of cards.
Israel is just the cutting edge of American and European new imperialism in the Middle East, the West never really decolonised this region, they are still there using proxies and dictators to further their interests.
As long as Israel enjoys the support of the usual suspects, it will reign supreme.
If this support disappears, then there will be a rush back to Europe.
