Where did the Greta thread go?
Denny got proved wrong then the thread vanished.

No warnings, I wasn’t being a troll, no rude comments- from me. I simply stated Sweden have gone back on their nuclear policy because renewables aren’t up to the job.

Your initial post in that thread was just plain wrong, Sweden has the same net zero targets as before and they have not thrown their green policies out.

You then tried to wriggle, as now, and change the discussion.

Liar!

I posted a link to an article, I didn’t write it. I pointed out Sweden moved away from nuclear energy in the 80’s

You didn’t like being wrong! I never mentioned net zero once.

The gist is- Sweden have done with renewable energy to hit their target. And are firing up a load of nuclear reactors. Which isn’t a win now if it ?

And Sweden have binned their green minister, so they are done with the green ****. And back to radiation to sort it!!

Your link did. Oh wait, but you didn't write that, a big boy did and ran away. You just posted it.
so they are done with the green ****
Absolute nonsense. They still have the same net zero target date as before, in line with UN targets which your link said they dumped. Another lie.
Sweden moved away from nuclear energy in the 80’s
Because of major accidents world wide, nothing to do with anything "green". Now they want to keep it going to supplement their renewable energy. So what?

So they are scrapping wind farms in favour of nuclear reactors? Which is all I said.

And as I stated there’s numerous posts all over the internet saying the same thing.

Sweden aren’t using renewables to hit their target, but instead going back to nuclear energy. Which isn’t good for the planet.

I’d rather live next to a wind farm then a reactor.
