More than likely.
The judge apparently said that his previous crime should not be a reason to give him a longer sentence.
My understanding of being 'out on license' means that if you commit another offence, you have to finish serving the rest of your original sentence on top of any further sentence for the new crime. So WTF is going on here????

So this evil bas-tard  has been cautioned for public order offences, possessing class A drugs, he  has been told to address his drink and drugs problem. Then this perverted behavior!
All this whilst out on license and protected by a false identity, it stinks!
Two bl00dy years, by my calculations he  will be out last week!

This is punishment gone mad - he should have been released to serve a few hours community service at a children's home.

We all know that prison doesn't work, due to the high number of re-offending taking place  Thanks for listening to Ken Clarke so closely judge

[It seems to me that an obvious sol;ution to overcome the problem of high re-offending levels is not to let the fookers out in the first place  ] Complete and utter disgrace

He's a murderer, a drug addict and paedophile. So, just like any other criminal, he has more rights than the rest of us.

The judge in this case like most of them, does not live in the real world.

Go figure...

any prison term that totals more than 10 years should be trunkated to 12 months on death row followed by execution.. save the tax payer some money and rid the world of some law reaking scum..

Exactly daneski. Scrap Parole and review sentencing. I've said my piece on this before, I don't want to spend any more time talking about a piece of dog shyte.

There's little point in the judge sentencing him more harshly than others as it will simply be overturned in the appeal courts - and more taxpayer money wasted.

It's a pity we can't "outsource" some trials and subsequent sentences to certain other countries who would have the blox to do what is clearly necessary.

Lets hope the other inmates treat this nonce to some proper justice.

Bulger was killed in 1993 which was a Tory government. The judge at the original trial stipulated their release to after a minimum of 8 years. This was increased to 10 years by the lord chief justice.
