Execute / Bump him off and good riddance to Bad rubbish
Agree. The c..t needs to be erased from society simples. Wait though whilst a plethora of people claim he just needs help and rehabilitation.

Anyone who's watched Mindhunter for example, you know these people are eternally broken.

Meanwhile the family and that poor husband will carry the scars forever. So sad :(

Many people who commit these heinous crimes claim they have mental health disorders and solicitors will defend with this excuse to get a lighter sentence.

Yet anyone who would commit murder must have a screw loose.

Life should mean life for this excuse of a human.

Nuts.
A loss of control after drinking a six-pack does not a disorder make.

Alcohol was the catalyst for his premeditated intention to commit the crime.
There are plenty of opportunities to resolve such a simple matter.

The bloke has shown no remorse whatsoever.
He tried for a manslaughter verdict which shows he was trying to get as light a sentence as possible.

The bloke can reflect on his heinous crime and have an oppuurtunity
To show remorse during the hour ( ?) it takes him to dig a 6 foot deep hole ?

You could give him the old Army ploy of making him dig a hole then sending along the CSM to tell him to fill it in and dig another one over there... and so on. Let the swine do that til he keels over into the hole and fill it in. Job done.

Should be a whole life tariff, it won't be of course, but it should be.

I'm of the opinion if the crime is heinous enough, even if it can be proved mental illness/episode was a contributing factor, the perpetrator should still be locked up for life due to the crime itself.
