No, that wouldn't be right, we would want to reuse the barge for subsequent barges. You have to think of the environment, we can't just keep building new barges.
Needs something like a tipper barge, load it, move it, tip it.

Who knows? Not the government. They're undocumented, undiscovered migrants and the government don't know where they are or what they're doing.
It is estimated that there are 1.2 million in the Greater London area, if I recall correctly.
The government have criminalised their employers and their landlords.

You must be looking at a different chart to me. It tells you the total number of detected unauthorised arrivals and splits it into air arrivals, arrivals at ports and small boat arrivals. Is there any other way into the UK?Your chart omits the following note:

It will not include over stayers, but does include detected undocumented immigrants.
Over stayers aren't being put in hotels or barges anyway, so irrelevant.
