In any case, you cannot ignore the fact that she paid the bill without a murmer of disapproval. And tell me why she acted as she did throughout the whole time this case was on-going? That does not support her case.

She's no expert. Someone came around (daughter) and pointed out all the faults and that it was peeling off the wall. They then told her about the Small Claims Court (she probably never heard of it) and she opened a case against him. Photos were taken to show the courts the poor workmanship and an expert witness made an assessment in person. That couldn't happen if it was a top notch job. If you think it could - then tell us why. (he won't).

In Fairness- I will tell you why she paid the bill.
That's what women do-- simple as that .
That is why I have been going to court for last few months-- because a woman paid a bill.

THEN-- afternath is- when a MAN takes a look-- and sees the ****e a tradesman has left - that is whenthe truoble starts.

Not saying THIS is what happened in this case --but it certainly did in mine .
Women just like writing cheques or dabbing in a number at the check out/ That is how they are trained. Spend today and pay tomorrow simple as that.
