This has already been mentioned on news reports. I'm not sure what the solution is. Solitary confinement would be the logical answer, or some form of semi-solitary confinement to minimise his engagement with others.

One of the TV channels mentioned that there is some sort of prison within a prison system in some of them.
It also mentioned that his previous network no longer existed and that he was trying to build it up again. He was trying to convert people in N America and didn't realise he was dealing with undercover agents. He showed visible signs of shock when the sentence was announced. Didn't he get 5years last time? Some number was mentioned.
