I don't believe it's being anti vaccine that is the key bit of the warning. After all this thread is about vaccination.
It's more the irrelevant whining, rambling, bickering and sillyness, like this post, that might end up getting someone blocked form the thread. So to ensure I don't anger the moderation god's (although that sounds like they just want us to drink responsibly)...
The US has an unusually large fraction of people who won't vaccinate, and unlike the UK also has a significant fraction of its older population that won't vaccinate. It's a depressing observational study into the effects of vaccines. The US has slightly worse healthcare but is fairly comparable to us.
Right now they're approaching the same rate of deaths as during the peak of their first wave (2000 per day). We are far lower than the peak of our first wave (150 Vs 1000). I wonder what else could explain the difference. Stats from
