Lol.Flat out on the tank legs back trying to get that one or two extra mph or find a big hill and hope it never blew up

It's a been a few years since I've ridden any bikes, but the most surprisingly enjoyable was the Suzuki SV1000, though it couldn't make its mind up if it was TL1000R or a bandit 1200. Most disappointing bike(s) every Ducati I rode. Most crap, BMW Boxer Cup. Most Fun 675 Daytona, most surprisingly comfortable Yamaha R1 and CBR1000RR. the latter 2 I would class as 'kin fast (close to 1bhp / kg)

Best bike I have ever owned was a RD 350 LC (Elsie).

Never had so much fun at exactly the right time in my life as I did on my Elsie's.

Would I buy one today & contribute to the humongous prices they command . . . . No I would not, I'm all grown up now & get my fun on (mostly) a Z900RS.

What a fabulous bike, and you lived to tell the tail, i would see friends shift from the Rd250/350 to the RD500 or RG500 only to never be seen again.

Mate has got an rd 250 lc in his garage hasn't moved since about 1983 done about 10k miles .tank has rusted and hole in it .keep telling him To get it sold or restored
