Anyone got a Yamaha FS1E?

What sensible person would drive a vehicle, which falls over when you stop?

Yes, had bikes much of my life, my last was a VFR. I have also ridden horses too. Never had any accidents at all, but lots of close calls, due to the stupidity of others.

My bicycles don’t fall over when I stop. I learned to track stand.

Saves unclipping

But it’s of course ridiculous to consider totals. Vastly more people drive cars than ride horses

Using this statistic it would be safer to ride a unicycle on a tightrope across the Grand Canyon than to go on a cruise liner.

Horse riders .let take a usually some shade of brown horse out in country lanes and let's wear green and brown clothing so we really blend in . Then let's get upset when other road users don't see us. Hi viz should be mandatory and flashing beacon on hats

The number you see riding over motorway bridges without realising the fence is not high enough to save them if their horse bolts.

if their horse bolts.
I used to do all the building repair work at a racing stables, when I worked for my old gaffer. Every now and again, three or four jockeys would pile into a Landrover and rush after an errant racehorse, after having bucked the rider and gone for a jolly. It was always a case of grab the reins before the scatty animal got anywhere near the busy A51.

No lights, no brakes, no seat belt. Why do they put these animals on the roads.

No problem having horse on the roads

A few blasts on the air horns and they all seem to know to get out of the way really fast.

I find revving the engine hard as you slowly pass them does the same job.

I do hope you're both trolling.............

Some horsey riders are fine, smiley, and courteous.

Some; gits, no matter how considerate you are.

Same as in any walk of life.
