Yesterday Trump told Joe Rogan that, due to him North Korea had started to behave. Donnie is definitely sundowning. It is true that whilst the two men were sending each other love letters, the missile tests stopped. In Trump's penultimate year, they had 10 separate missile testing events. There was a further one in March 2020 and would have been more were it not for the pandemic.

Trump's lies are so blatant. Take the immigration chart that he claims saved his life. It shows the number of border apprehensions. The lowest point is April 2020. There is big red arrow that says "Trump leaves office"- He left office in Jan 2021.

Some days he says 10%, others 20%. He clearly only has a "concept of a plan".


Trump says that consumers will not see an increase in the cost of items because the exporter will absorb the cost of the tariff. He then says that the tariffs will convince Americans to buy American. The obvious flaw there is that if the product has not become sufficiently more expensive than a US made product, there will be no incentive to buy American.

He also seems to be oblivious to the fact that other nations will implement their own retaliatory tariffs. He might succeed in creating a global recession.

Because if they did they would accuse the press of lying. Some do point out factors. Some just follow the creed.

LOL You could finish up with threads like the current one on the BBC who do give pretty flat reports. Pundit interviews and that style of show are rather different. Need to remember what the people are. Pundits and pressure group people.
