To say the least.
They should all be sacked with no compensation. But we know that won't happen.

They should be sent back to EE where they belong.

HMMMM I've just looked on Rotherham MBC's website. Unless I miscounted, there are 58 Labour councillors, 4 Conservative and one Independent. From what I can make of it, this Yorkshire urbanisation has been Labour-run for many a year. Thus it is no surprise to me that this family, who are clearly non-Labour supporters, have been penalised. Labour look after their own, to the detriment of all others. Think back to the 60s and 70s when all our industries were under the union jackboot with closed shops etcetera, and strikes were commonplace. Maggie smashed the unions, it's a real shame she did not do the same to the closet commies.

UKIP are not averse to a bit of bigotry when it suits them:

Now I have to admit that my first thought upon reading that was to agree. Nature intended children to have two parents, one of each sex, and they should be lovers. My apologies to same-sex lovers everywhere but you can't rewrite thousands of years of evolution in the name of political correctness. However hard you might try to be good parents, you are starting with a disadvantage. :( :( :(

But then I came to this bit:

"A caring loving home is a heterosexual or single family. I don't believe [a gay couple] is healthy for a child."

(My italics.)

So now the true motive is out. How is a single parent supposed to be better than a same-sex couple.   This is homophobia pure and simple.

Nonsense.

Only after many, many generations could you possibly determine the difference in terms of care for a child.

Absolutely NOT homophobia.

Plenty of loving heterosexual parents split up and are yet, still bloody good parents. Although labelled single parents.
How can you possibly compare.

Gay people effectively BUY children is a bad start .

The worlds gone mad.

Is it fair to compare the best example of one kind of parent with the worst example of the other? :?: :?: :?:

I agree that many single parents are not single through choice. Two world wars created millions of them. :( :( :( But the other half of your argument seems to rest on the premise that homosexuals are greedy for wanting what nature never intended them to have. Now that's a debatable point but your comparison would hold up better if there weren't so many feckless heteros out there churning out babies because it's less trouble than not having babies.

So lets make a fair comparison between the best example of a single parent who, through no fault of there own, is left to bring up a child unaided and a homosexual couple who have jumped through a lot of hoops to adopt. Both children are equally wanted, equally loved, but, all other things being equal, the child with only one parent is at a disadvantage. There's only one income for a start and, unless they live on benefits - which I'm sure you don't think is ideal - their single parent will be missing a lot of the time. But that's not all because the child with only one parent is going to grow up with no concept of what sexual love is. (Waits for inevitable abuse.)

Why is the child going to grow up with no concept of 'sexual' love and what do you mean by 'sexual' love.
If you mean it will miss out on cuddles/kisses/hugs why should it? The single parent may well be more inclined to be more tactile than a couple, where the child is aware of one or other of them always being around.

Bloody stupid argument anyway, thousands of kids don't get adopted.

The argument shouldn't be whether gays make al-right parents, but whether they are worse than care homes.

Good luck with that argument.
