Although it also introduced 3000 new criminal offences......not so good.

Current high levels of crime is connected to austerity and police cuts.

Where is your definition of racism?
If you cannot define racism you are not in a position to decide whether anyone's opinion is valid or not.
If you have no definition in your mind, how can you exert an opinion on other's opinion.
