Biasi M90 24s won't fire up

As I always say in these cases, I would recommend getting a good and thorough service as this may go a long way to help with your problem.

If you are safe then remove the left panel which covers the mains connections.

On the left of the PCB you will see a DIP switch. Move the right one down and back up and the boiler will then display the diagnostic code on the lights.

You dont seem to have a book for the boiler. You can download and print this from the Biasi web site.

If you clearly quote what each light is doing then I will decode it for you!

After setting the boiler in the display mode then start the boiler on DHW and see what the lights end up showing.

Hey Tony,glad your back.
I do have a book but also what you are telling me now. Will have a look in the morning and get back to you. Thanks

Hey Tony,glad your back.

Thanks

Back ?

I have only been to South London!

I know that its like another country but its not that far away and they seem to have telephones and the internet and that Starbucks place and the dreadful Nandos as well so its not like a completely new culture. There is also that restaurant painted like a zebra with things like biltong and boersvorst on the menu!

I also went to Reading, now thats a different culture. The family I visited were eating cows foot!

Hey Tony.
Right.
Press grey button to fire up boiler - both green lights flash steady at same time and then go out and red light in middle comes on.
Run hot water - red light flash steady but alternate with each other and then red light comes on when water turned off.

You have got something wrong there.

Could you edit to correct it as its vitally impostant to quote eactly what its doing.

Tony

Nope, thats correct.
Left green light flashes steadly until button is pressed and then the right one flashes as well. Cicking and whiring stops, right green light goes out , red comes on and stays on and left green light carries on flashing.
When the hot water is running the green lights flash alternatly and when the water is turned off they flash together until clikcking and whiring stops and then it is the red light all the time and the left one flashing steady.

Altenate flashing showing DHW demand during heating demand,
RED LIGHT NO IGNITION, clues are plentiful

No, I'm not blinkered to to anyone's post's. I'm just corresponding with anyone who can help me just to get the thing started and tell me what the problem is. As far as I know I have followed the instructions given but personally am none the wiser. I do appreciate the suggestion of having a good service, thankyou and with hinesight I probably wouldn't be in this mess if one had been carried out but I fail to see how I can now get a boiler serviced when the bloody thing doesn't work.

It means no gas or ignition.

Though if your lites are as you say, you have no flow in primarys.

Check the pumpmis working.
