Biasi M90 24s won't fire up

Drain the boielr and remove the pump head and see if there is dirt in the eye of the pump impeller.

Is clean and its fixed.

If not replace the pump and carefully remove the four screws covering the diaphragm on the flow switch.

Remove the cover and check the pin is free to move.

If the slotted screw on the left is loose thyen tighten it a bit and then reassemble and test. If it wors then fine if not ask for next step.

You increase the system pressure with the filling loop valve!

Flexible silver hose with black plastic tap ? See FAQ for further info.

Perhaps checking the pump and flow diaphragm housing is going to be beyond you if you dont know where the filling loop is?

Perhaps it would be safer to call a competent CORGI ?

I don't appreciate your tone mate. I did read the post and was just asking another question !
There is no need for juvenile name calling !

Managed to look it today. The pin wasn't moving because of crap built up and made it stick. Gave the cover a clean and now working as it should. Thanks to everyone who pointed me in the right direction.
