Blocked toilet

Its the downstairs loo, think its due to new luxury thick loo paper! *** Probably is **
I cleared out everything in the bowl, put bleach down and left it (twice), also put boiling water down twice (advice from other sites).*** What sites were those **(We have a communal septic tank as live out in the country, the other toilets/sinks are all fine in the house).
Any suggestions or is it time to call the plumber?

as suggested - lift some manhole covers - and avoid those other sites . Then report back
