Hi, I had exactly the same problem as danr86 in that the plumber didn't install the correct timer but now it's sorted, however I'm a little confused.
I have a bosch 42 CDI combi boiler with UFH in one room and central heating in the rest of the house. The central heating side is fine but I've been told I have to turn the hot water timer on the boiler to "on" permanently for the UFH to work. If it's a combi boiler why does the hot water control need to be set to on at a all?
