There's probably a bit of the same misthinking that happened in the old Spanish flu. They knew it was dangerous, and really easy to transmit, so they kept large groups of soldiers apart.

Funny how other ordinary people were fined up to £10k for 'organising' events in days through a kangaroo court system!

It was dangerous, just not AS dangerous as portrayed, certainly not to younger people, this was all known from the start. It's entirely possible that the lockdown will have ultimately killed and harmed more people than it saved.
Operations cancelled, educations irreversibly harmed for life, businesses bankrupted, countless other harms. All to save mostly obese coffin-dodgers who probably had a few months left without it anyway.

Because that is what a reassessment is starting to conclude...
The vaccine(s) were rushed out and there is no evidence as to how many more would have died without whatever one (or multiple ones) were taken...
As you would expect I know quite a few people who had no jabs like myself, and none have suffered from anything but normal health issues...
That is anecdotal of course and you can choose to believe it or not...
But it is now accepted that the way of recording deaths was repeatedly changed...
My partner was re-writing virus risk rules almost weekly, and yet out of the many staff members that the rules were forced upon (from government edicts) and who tested positive none were even hospitalised because of the virus...
A couple of workers died of cancer, but were recorded as dying of covid despite cancer being the cause...
So my advice is not to always blindly believe what you are told!
I said to everyone to ignore their "rules".
It turned out that these rules were so essential for our safety that the rulers didn't follow them.
