He will need to bribe the pensioners - looks they will have to pay the licence fee from June 2020 - another cut from Osborne time that will be hitting.

It's like those in cornwall who have lost their last GP who are now trying to use a PR campaign to recruit another GP, well they voted for the party that has made so many changes and cuts to the GP contract so many are retiring early or giving up their contracts. They shouldn't complain they voted for this, time they took responsibility for their decisions. It looks the cuts have finally hit home for some.
