Brexit Checks are not needed

It wouldn't be a referendum to rejoin. That is not in our power.
Precisely. The application to join will depend on the EU criteria for membership, (and there's no guarantee that won't change from the current criteria), whether UK meets, or can meet those criteria, and whether UK accepts the conditions, on its joining, and whether all the current members agree, (and there's no guarantee there won't be more members by then).

The overriding FACT is that if and when we get an option to rejoin it will be on much worse terms than we had before. It has to be likely, just a matter of when.

If any referendum decided that was still worth it, I wonder how they would explain why we gave up the terms we had.

It might be a referendum "do you want UK to be less hostile and try to build a co-operative and mutually beneficial relationship with our European neighbours"
No chance. Some of the EU countries can’t even do that amongst themselves.

That you are forcasting the future. There’s not even an option to join yet you are saying that any terms will be worse than before. Do you know something the EU doesn’t?
Everything I put was factual.

The conditions for joining are well known and published.
it's no secret.

To quote JohnD:
The evidence exists.
The Copenhagen criteria are the rules that define whether a country is eligible to join the European Union. The criteria require that a state has the institutions to preserve democratic governance and human rights, has a functioning market economy, and accepts the obligations and intent of the European Union

I suspect the current law restricting the application for asylum would prevent the UK joining.

If! If my aunt had a pair of bollux, she'd be my uncle.
Try challenging facts not false comparisons.

While your at it, put up the benefits of brexit, the best argument of all to stop any possible rejoining.

I doubt you will.

Try stating facts and not opinions. They don’t become facts until they have happened.
The facts are out there, even if you don't go looking for them.

As I said, the only questionable bit is if and/or when we can rejoin.
