BG don't do Landlord's Gas Safety Certs do they?

Can't see them sacking you just for being Corgi regd unless you've told them you aren't.
If I worked for BG I certainly wouldn't do any installations privately.

I don't do many now anyway, I've got mate's who'll gladly pay me a commission for a lead and design help. I like getting paid for doing nothing

And some nice manager purely concerned with his well being will phone him everyday to ask when he is coming back as he is a burden on the patch and making his mates work harder because he is off and costing the company money..

Surely there can't be that many applications for a service fitter with-in my post-code???

I got the exact same email the day of my interview lol

I reluctantly troll about all over the place doing Landlords' Certs for people with BG 3* (out of my area) who wonder why they can't get a LC at the same time as the service/check. Do BG use different people? Do you know what they charge?

No it's the same guys chris. For Bg 3star customers it costs 24 quid for the certificate. otherwise its 72 (12 more in lodon and around) for the annual check per appliance plus the cert

How are you finding it at BG? Asking as I've had an interview for Technical Engineer and have to go to Dartford on Saturday for a practical test.

Is it everything you thought it would be? I would be interested to find out.

Im at dartford at the moment doing 6 weeks training. Only another 2 to go. Cant really say what I think at the moment but it all sounds good. Every engineer Ive spoken to have said that its a good firm to work for

Probs just a service on a fire, r/s boiler and cooker.
