America seems to want to replace Russia as Europes main supplier of gas.
As far as i know the American producers need higher prices for their gas to make it economically viable.
With prices rising both Russians and Americans are making more money than before the crisis began.

For some flatter news I tried AlJ's 1hr session. Seems a Ukrainian soldier is concerned about heavier gear and him being in populated areas. Looks like the disputed side are transferring people out. Shelling at heavier levels than it has been for years. Good interview of the NATO president as it was easy to see where he didn't answer fully. Putin's missile tests. I'll bet the USA are watching those. Seems these are usually held in November. Suspicions about having them now. I happened to notice that Putin had new hypersonic toys available late last year. Might explain the change - pass. It seems the EU has gas for the winter, more than usual and is prepared to end Russian supplies. Putin may have something to do with the full supply but an RT report. They stated that he had instructed their suppliers to top up reserves. They had been limiting it to what had been ordered but the new pipe should have been running. True or false - I wonder if he did do just this otherwise where did the gas come from. Pass.

Then watched the beeb. Munich talks. Boris shown in a set alongside the Ukrainian president. Other leaders will use exactly the same set. They just need to change one of the flags. Boris shown spouting. Same thing will be done for all. Also showed loads sitting around a table. Might be yet another set with leaders talking to themselves. Actually it may be a press conference by the look of it. Seems the USA didn't want the Ukrainian president to attend and one of his lot is off to the USA next.

The Ukrainian president is now talking and moaning about everything. Boris was asked about NATO troops being sent in - no they don't have the correct NATO agreement. All others are guaranteed defence. He also reckons he has complied with Minsk but has said it favours the Russians too much. It was a EU agreed solution with no USA involvement.

Most of this flying around is just posturing really. Actions have been limited to supplying Ukraine with arms. The rest is just talk. This clearly is causing the Ukraine even more problems. More nationals being moved out and now signs of airlines dropping services, Lufthansa only so far.

Biden - well he still reckons that Russia will attack eventually. I can't help wondering if there is a clue there. Ukraine piggy in the middle.

Have no fear. Just looked at the UK's nuke capabilities. Boris is upping warhead counts and a new sub in some years time. Lean an fit Starmer is asking what the hell do we want that many for? In this scenario and as I have said many times, 80%+ pro russians there give it to them, save the headaches of 9 years war and adraw a line in the sand. How can USA tell, encourage, persuade or force Europe to buy mainly Russian gas?

I would have thought that building Nord Stream 2 will facilitate Europe to buy mainly Russian gas, and USA don't want Nord Stream 2 to open up.
