this thread has gone from challenging the merits of a tax scheme designed to encourage business to moaning about how much rich people earn. History shows that if you over tax the wealthy they relocate.

There are plenty of millionaires who came from humble beginnings. There are few people who couldn’t increase their wealth and success with hard work and focus. Spend less time being jealous and more time building your own success and you too can enjoy paying a £100k in tax each year.
 
Let them relocate, its a weak argument based on debunked trickle down theory which is used as a scare tactic.
