I think that JohnD, Ellal and SirGalahad just like an argument, any argument, as long as it’s around black rights and immigrants. You’ll never see them stick up for a white working class lad. You can always rely on them to chip in and be an advocate for those causes. I have a strong suspicion that they are in the care/social work type of business but of course, you’ll never find out because they are too lily livered to say what their true profession is on a DIY forum for fear of ridicule. Unless they care to speak out and prove me wrong but I can safely say that ain’t going to happen. Oh, there may be a acid reply or two but it’ll all be diversionary.

Why do people take such umbrage over this? We know that the police have been racist in the past. We know that racism still exists in many ways in the UK. With the recent protests within the BAME community, this is going to be a heightened subject for a while and accusations thrown about.

Is this not understandable? Can we not understand the long history of racism and what that must be like for the BAME community and take that into account? Understand the view & appreciate that they may have plenty of negative experiences of 'casual' racism. Even if disagree with what the sportsmen & the MP say, which is ok if that's what people think, this whole issue is coming to a head in the UK, hopefully with a good outcome.

Tinted rear windows are allowed. As are Astravans or whatever they are called now.
The driver was Black.
They were not stopped because the windows were tinted- according to the police.
The female officer brought up window tinting- saying it "may be illegal" when she was wrong on the law

In the video, the driver doesn't look black, presuming it's the bloke sitting next to the MP.

That makes her a liar.
