Death in the channel…again

Are this current shambles "conservatives", or are they just chancers and lackwits masquerading as such, as only "Labour" and "Tory" have any chance of being elected?

I don't trust them, I hate their infighting, Rishi is weak and demonstrated that he'd rather promote his own ambition above that of the party. But Starmer, literally has a bunch if cretins working for him. Rayner is just a mouthy gobs**te full of hate, Momentum is very much running the show still. they seem to be the party of positive discrimination to the point of self destruction. I haven't heard a single good idea from them. The idea of agreeing immigrant quota's with France/EU is just going to make the problem worse. All I hear from Labour is - the Tories have failed, no ideas just criticism.

You pick the party that you think is least useless and try to get on with your life trying not to be impacted by their cr*p.

I thought you had no problem with immigration?

It is what you said

Do you need help finding their proposal? They are proposing to accept a quota for those who are defined in UK law as illegal immigrants.

a reminder
I’ve never had a problem with legal migration. I have a problem with people paying trafficking gangs who then fund crime and cost the tax payer a fortune.
.

Illegal immigrants (group A) are those who have no right to come here. Legal immigrants (group B) are those entitled to a visa or some other right to remain. Agreeing a quota for more of Group A, will just encourage more to try to come. If you want less Group B, you simply change the rules. I personally don't have a problem with group B as most of them

1 Party wants a limit.

Current party has no idea and the numbers are increasing. But that number is OK?

Not me that's changing his comments to suit the moment.

Truth is you are just an outright Tory. Just admit it. It's OK to be a Tory if that's what you think is right. Just as it's OK to think differently.

Nor me.

what will happen when the quota is reached?
The boats will keep coming and we will have the quota on top.

But these are desperate people. Desperate for free housing in a 4* hotel. Desperate for handouts. Desperate for a life of taxpayer funded ease they could never hope for in their own countries. Desperate for free council housing. Desperate for free schooling, even if they are really males in their 20s. Desperate to flee war and serious oppression - in France??? (WTF???)

Yep, they're desperate alright. Desperate enough to cross The Channel in winter. Welcome to the promised land!
You're just a bigoted xenophobe.
Desparate to profess your bigotry at every opportunity.

Plain truth is, there's just too many people. With the exception of The Chinese, no one else dares mention it, let alone tackle the problem.
The UK economic model depends on GDP growth. That can only happen with increased poplation.

The 'illegal immigrants' are only 2% of the net immigration total.
Hardly noticable in the grand scheme of things.
But the obvious target of your obsession.

According to the Refugee Charter they can choose where to claim asylum.
The UK domestic law can't ignore the ECHR, nor the UN Charter.

How much does this 2% cost the taxpayer?
Perhaps TUI could be commissioned to provide a nice brochure to help them pick?

Nothing in the Charter prevents a state from removing an asylum seeker to a safe 3rd country (e.g. Dublin convention). So no they can't choose where they end up.
