Do you need planning permission to replace kitchen cabinets?

I've read about CDM 2015 regulations and wondered if that applies to replacing kitchen base units?

This is part of the health and safety regulation for builders and companies by looks of it. Are you as business or contractor?

No, just want to get someone in to do the work. If I get a kitchen fitter, do they have to have certificates or proof of CDM regs. There is no electrical or gaswork to be done - just replacement of cabinets.

Re-read the CDM regs.

You'll find they don't apply to this type of work.
