Its a sectional concrete garage. To remove the corrugated asb / cement sheets and disposal..( Yes I have the waste transfer docs).
Fit wall plates and 6x2 @ 400c timbers. 20 mm OSB. edpm and flashings/upstands etc. upvc fascias plus sundries was about £1300.
It took me about 5 days ...but I'm a plumber not a chippie.

I had been quoted about the same to have a new corrugated sheet roof fitted !!

No, I saw that the old felt was removed. You mean the air bubbles? I hadn't really noticed them until now. So I can add that to the list with glue marks, not enough pitch (water is pooling) and too many joins
The bubbles could be solvent blisters.

The roofing adhesive is water based acrylic..

Contact adhesive is used on edges and upstands.
Water based adhesive is used on new decks only.
On old felt roofs that have had the old felt stripped off contact adhesive is recommended.
EPDM is vapour permeable, so the solvent causing the blister should pass through the membrane eventually.
Alternatively there could be damp patches under the membrane which blister when the temperature goes up.
