Well you have convinced me of 1 thing.

I used to think that you usually had a good overall view of things and looked at things from all angles.

But you have now convinced me that you can only see 1 angle and are just as bad as those "academics" you referred to recently".

Great to attack the idea, just ignoring what it's attempting to do. It's not perfect by a long way. But it's better than doing nothing.

If it is just about where the line on the map is drawn just means it's OK for some to take traffic and pollution, but for others it isn't. In other words, nimby.
