The discourse we chatted about was 'taking the capital city'. Japan surrendered well before that was likely to happen. Ukraine wont need to 'take Moscow' either.You stated incorrectly, which means you are the one making stuff up:

Most wars in history have been won without taking the enemies capital city. Many wars have been lost despite doing that (see all three/four UK attempts to conquer Afghanistan). It's nonsense.

Now you are saying ukraine will win by attacking moscow (on the internet every day, I must add). Basically, you have no clue. Not surprising you are backing the loser. When do you expect ukraine to "win"?

I'm saying a war can be won without taking (your words) the capital city. In Ukraines's case - Moscow. In the case of the US case - Tokyo.
