I think if you change the principals of how you run your bank not everybody will be onside. Customers who held accounts before these principals were enacted would like to think it wouldn't affect how their account is handled.
There in lies the conundrum.

I only asked a simple question. You have brought up the three pillars of the ESG more than once but you don't seem to know why. Do you think it is relevant, or not?
