Ferguson 28'' widescreen TV + SKY Remote

I've just purchased the TV mentioned in the subject.

I've tried configuring my Sky remote to work it but cannot get the right code for the life of me (I've tried all the Ferguson/Thomson codes provided in the Sky manual).

I have contacted Ferguson (Thomson) and after being grunted at by a few very uninterested people gave up!

I was hoping somebody on this forum may be able to offer some guidance?

Well I can't find the Ferguson model on the net (I'm currently in the office so don't have access to the manual), but I found a Thomson TV which looks exactly the same.

The model for this set is: 28WF45UG.

Had the same prob, had to go to Sky Cust Services for code.

Does your Sky remote have blink-back?

Spoke at length with Sky customer services, but they failed to help.

I had the Sky installed in Nov last year, so it's quite a new bit of kit, which I assume means the remote is quite new also so I suspect it will have blink back, not sure though? Is there any way I can tell?
