Flood - tractor driver

I have the same info that everyone else on this thread has.

Videos - that don't appear to show windows smashing only a door being pushed open.
We can hear witnesses appalled at the damage caused on some of the footage.
We know that a wall collapsed causing a "tidal wave".
all sorts of shop fitters etc.. will be able to comment on what happens to wooden window frames soaked in water inside and out. Would those windows need to be replaced anyway as part of the flood damage?

Something that is destroyed from a value point of view, cannot be legally more destroyed, even if it is further damaged.

For criminal damage to proceed.
There has to be quantifiable damage - in ££
There has to be criminal intent to cause that damage or criminal recklessness.

Ms Hopkins, who put her life savings into the business, said: "I can't see that we can possibly really open again. Ms Hopkins, who was outside her shop on Market Street when the wall fell, described the scene as "unbelievable".

"Everybody just started to scream, 'run, run'. And it was just like a tidal wave coming down the road," she said.

"There was just absolutely nothing you could do but just watch and see the devastation."...

Don't get me wrong, the wall breaking was the devastation and the clinic was already under water," she said.

"[But] without the tractor I think I may have been able to save my furniture.

"There's not a single thing left in the clinic, everything's gone."

Do you know what being put to strict proof is.

Quite. You don't know the detail or what evidence there is.

Stop pronouncing outcomes of things when you just don't know.
evidence of damage does not prove criminal recklessness. You have to prove he knew that his actions were highly likely to cause additional damage.

I must admit I've chuckled at the fact Denso's evidence for windows being broken is cctv footage showing windows not being broken.

Then he put up the 'new video', also showing windows not being broken.

is cctv footage showing windows not being broken.
What footage?

I'm simply saying we don't know the full picture but biker from the boatyard likes to judge the outcome of cases well before anyone else.

Do you think we have all the evidence available to others?

"NEW CCTV footage has been shared showing a tractor being driven through the flooded streets causing a wave to crash against shops and smash windows."

I haven't posted the CCTV footage?
one of us is confused.
