floorboards outdoor under veranda

Hi, just started doing up my old federation home in kalgoorlie, and I wish too seal my jarrah floorboards.. these are outside on the verandah and they cop a bit of weather. in the past I have stained them and put a oil type coat on them, is there a way too really seal them .. I was thinking a clear estapol type product but not sure if it will survive or will mold become a problem. basically want something to really bring the wood up nice and be a lil low maintence . any help suggestions appreciated

Try asking here, it's a bit nearer home. If you want something to stay the same forever, try granite. If you use wood, it's going to change.
