Well if you'd kept up with the news you might have seen that Mercedes might have had a word with him and were making real attempts to remove structural inequality.
Perhaps that was sufficient for Lewis Hamilton. Perhaps he felt that others were not doing anything or not sufficient, and his protests were continuing.

too late . damage is done . can’t erase the past. racism lives on. no way back for any of us , even Mercedes.

I firmly believe politics should be kept out of sports.
Great idea but very difficult in practise.As shown over the years with South Africa,boycotting Olympics etc.S.A,was it better to boycott them and send out Apartheid message,or turn up and seemingly support them..V difficult either way.
