Gable wall render quote

Hi, just having hip to gable conversion and was wondering how much it should cost for someone to
Supply and fit 12mm cement carrier board to 50 x 50 timbers
Apply mesh/primer/white monocouhe render base coat & top coat

Had a quote from my builder but seems expensive.

is just the gable end, not the dormer and the scaffold is already up
