Agreed, but I was referring to what he had written (before I had seen the photos), namely that he thought it 'very naughty' that he had re-wired a house 23 years ago!

I suspect that as the incoming supply cable is missing, the DNO have reinstalled it elsewhere.
Correct….a new incoming supply, meter, and “fuse box” moved into the extension garage. Nowt flash, just what I’m hoping is a bog standard installation
