we weren't talking about imports though, we were talking about products made in the UK by people from abroad, which is not the same.

I am very well travelled including expensive/third world and many countries in between. I enjoy meeting foreign people and sampling their culture. It would be such a shame to see the differences disappear which would ultimately happen if we all became"multi cultural" Why would you want us all to be the same and lose these differences? The world would be so bland if that ever happened.

Most blokes doing the job he does are either signed off at least once through mega stress or heart attack during their careers, thankfully mine copes pretty well.

Seeing as your husband is unique in his field perhaps he should look for another job with a substantially higher salary with a better work and home balance as 80+ hours per week is a heart attack waiting to happen, unless he changes his working lifestyle

yeah why is it that some men always think that women have got PMT or are menopausal if they get a bit upset from time to time?

I haven't been very well over the last few days and tbh just didn't need the cr@p that some people on here have been dishing out. I do not tell lies as I was accused of by a certain forum member and yes I have warned my hubby about the fact that he is a heart attack waiting to happen. He has promised me that in a few weeks his hours should be more 'normal' whatever 'normal' may be

I worry about my hubby more than some wives would because he is also diabetic and never gets chance to sit and eat a meal at work either. He was in for 7am today (a late start) and when I spoke to him at 5.45 he still hadn't had his lunch
