It is lawful to exclude a biological man from using a biological female toilet/changing facility/shower etc and the Equalities act provides nothing that allows a trans person to use the facility of their choice based on what they identify with.

It is only lawful under very carefully prescribed conditions. Whims. opinions and moods are not imcluded in those conditions.
It is only lawful to do so, if the exclusion is proportional to achieve a legitimate aim.
However, limiting or modifying access to, or excluding a trans person from, the separate or
single-sex service of the gender in which they present might be
unlawful
if you cannot show such action is a proportionate means of achieving a
legitimate aim. This applies whether the person has a Gender
Recognition Certificate or not.

How many more times are you going to state the blindingly obvious incorrect infomation?

Your information may not only cause discrimination, it may cause the unwary (or gullible because of your opinion) to commit a crime under the Equalities legislation.

The one who accuses people of using strawman arguments seems to have no problem using a few strawmen himself.
Some absolute ****** talked there.
What's these carefully prescribed conditions you speak of when trauma and decency are so easily able to be used.

What offence would be committed, please include the statute and the words "commits an offence" if you can. Then tell me if its a summary offence, indictable offence or either way? The only crime being committed here is the unlawful discharge of drivel.

These very carefully prescribed conditions you describe. Are you familiar with The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992? Perhaps you could explore how an employer can comply with the obligation to provide separated facilities, if he allows men to use women's facilities?

Please also provide details of where the Equalities Act 2010 allows a transsexual person to be treated as if they occupy the sex they are reassigning themselves to? They are protected against discrimination against being a transexual person, that is it.

Debbie Hayton gets it, why can't you?

Proportional action in order to achieve the legal aims (of the service provider), It's in the guide. I've posted it several times.
Proportional means that if the service provider is providing services to all sorts, there has to be provision for all sorts.
You can't exclude some sorts because you feel like it.

It's all in the guide which most of you refuse to read.

Still after free education?

I know a sucessful asylum seeker, who's further to the right than Genghis Khan. It's like they've made it and they want to deny the opportunity to others.
One transgender who is transphobic doesn't a summer make.

I don't think we need to go any farther it's there for all to see, kinda bars you from the topic of Id have thought. Whatever you contribute is meaningless.
