When I first read of this case it upset & disturbed me. Poor little tot.

Apparently police officers watched hours and hours of footage showing the mistreat and torture of this little lad. I feel for them.

The grandmother tried to warn social services she sent them pictures of his of his bruises bit social services informed the police and she was warned off with the threat of arrest. I'd like to question the rwo incompetent cretins that went to see the family.
